    Otopsi, River Fields Cenaze Evi'nde gece çalışmaya başlayan morg bilimleri mezunu Rebecca Owens'ın hikayesini konu alıyor. Adli morg bilimi eğitimi alan Rebecca Owens, River Fields Morgu’nda gece vardiyasında çalışmaya başlar. İlk başta sıradan ve rutin görünen bu iş, çok geçmeden yerini açıklanamaz olaylara bırakır.
